Our Subject business correspondence is different from the other subject because it deals with interaction to each other about business it gives us the ability to communicate through speaking and ability in written communication skill. Our subject is more in technological approach because in every activity we need to go to an internet cafe to open our blog or email to do our activities it gives us pressures, and teaches us to budget our time or to give some time to open our blog.

-I am thankful for the opportunity of learning the right way in making or doing a business correspondence for my upcoming life.I learned lot of things from this subject.Now,I already know whats the best way to do if ever I get myself involve in a business correspondence,and I'm also in the process of exploring the "how" to make formal and correct letters and "making myself more confident and brave" by the help of this subject.This is a big help,for myself and for my future.
B. Reaction to blogging
-At first,I was a little nervous and afraid for this blogging approach,I always think negative things like what if and how can I do this...But now,I was glad that I already got it,and was happy because it is a one big help for myself.I was enjoying myself every time our teacher instructed us to do this and do that because I know that it is for our own good,helping us not to be ignorant when time comes for us to do business correspondence in our future generation.

I've learn many things about Business Correspondence.By this subject, I develop my potentials how to write effective writing skills which is the ability to put thoughts into words while effective communicating skills is the ability to communicate through speaking.

1. Full Block form-All the letter's contents are aligned on the left hand margin.
2. Modified Block form-All the letter's contents,with the exception of the date,complimentary close,and the signature are aligned on the left hand margin.
3. Full Indentation-This form is all but obsolete,and there seems little doubt that in time it will cease entirely to be used.
4. Hanging Indentation-Not appropriate for normal business correspondence,but is widely used in bales letter.

6 Effective Writing Skills

Writing skills- ability to put thoughts into words
- helps learner gain:
- independence - comprehensibility - fluency - creativity
1. Resonant Characters- it is the most important tool of effective writing skills
- use lead characters as nouns familiar to your readers let those characters
tell the story woven throughout your writing.
Examples:
Wrong- Professional advancement is achieve through hardwork.

Right- Managers achieve success through hardwork.
2. Action Verbs- use strong,active visual verbs to propel your writing and readers along.
Examples:
Wrong- The memo is written well.
Right- The manager crafted the memo with resonant characters and strong verbs.
3. The 8 word test- keep your noun and verb within 8 words of each other.
4. Link Sentences and phrases with explicit connectors
- using this explicit connector it could clear the flow throughout the thoughts of the document.
Explicit- clearly and openly stated or defined
Examples:
a.therefore, thus- to convey result b. however,still, yet- to show exception or contrast
Wrong- The manager didn't treat the workers well.Workers were poorly motivated and often quit.
Right- The manager mistreated the workers.Because of that the workers suffered from poor motivation and often quit.
As you can see explicit connectors help the sentence more clear and understandable.
5. From Old to New
- establish common ground in your message development , leading your readers from comfortable familiar territory to the new.
6. Problem- Solution- Action
- Frame the problem - Pose a Solution - Call action
